Beckett’s Waiting for Godot

This is one of the books I had in storage. It’s a leftover from the old Stanford student collection (sorr Stanford).

Germaine brée was a grande dame of French Lettres and taught for a long time at the university of Wisconsin . Her annotated version of Waiting for Godot is very accessible.

The interesting thing about this edition is the careful English annotation for American students of French.
